This notice describes what personal data we collect through our website, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

1. Personal data we collect

Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data directly from you:

  • Email address.
  • Any information you choose to include when describing your project or quote request.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as ethnic or racial origin, health status, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual orientation), nor financial or asset-related data, through this form.

Additionally, through the Vercel Web Analytics tool, we automatically collect aggregated, general usage statistics for the site (for example, pages visited, device type, and approximate location by country or city). This tool does not use tracking cookies and does not individually identify site visitors.

2. Purposes for processing your data

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes, necessary to handle the relationship you initiate by contacting us:

  • Responding to your contact or quote request.
  • Following up on your project, commercially and technically.

Enlaces Gráficos does not use your personal data for marketing, advertising, or unsolicited commercial outreach, nor for any purpose other than those described in this notice.

3. Transfer of personal data

Enlaces Gráficos does not transfer your personal data to third parties outside the company, except where such a transfer is necessary to directly fulfill the service or order you requested (for example, to shipping or logistics companies handling delivery of your product), or where a legal obligation requires us to do so. In any other case, we will request your consent before transferring your data.

4. ARCO Rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection

Under Mexican law, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it (Access); to request correction of your information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request that we delete your data from our records when you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles, obligations, and purposes established by law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection).

To exercise any of these rights, please send a request to contacto@enlacesgraficos.com.mx including:

  • Your full name and contact information, so we can respond to your request.
  • A clear and precise description of the right you wish to exercise.
  • Any document that allows us to verify your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the person acting on your behalf.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date we receive it, as established by the LFPDPPP.

5. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

Our site uses Vercel Web Analytics to obtain general, aggregated statistics about its use (for example, number of visits and most-viewed pages), without individually identifying visitors. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party cross-site tracking.

6. Changes to this privacy notice

Enlaces Gráficos reserves the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time, to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for providing our services. Any change will be published on this same page, indicating the date of its last update.

7. Competent authority

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct of Enlaces Gráficos, or suspect any violation of the LFPDPPP or its Regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Mexico's Anti-Corruption and Good Government Secretariat), the authority responsible for overseeing compliance with this law in the private sector.
